Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted a Canadian Experience Class (CEC) Express Entry draw on November 12, 2025, issuing 1,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residence. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score required was 533, with a tie-breaking timestamp of October 17, 2025 at 03:39:05 UTC.
This marks the latest in a series of CEC-specific draws in which the cut-off has remained in the low 530s, following similar results in late October and early October. Recent CEC rounds have shown little fluctuation, indicating that the CRS threshold has held at a consistently high level through the fall.
The number of invitations issued in recent CEC draws has also remained steady at 1,000 ITAs per round, contributing to stable cut-off scores over multiple draws.
IRCC continues to run program-specific draws alongside category-based and provincial nominee selections. In recent weeks, these combined activities have shaped the overall distribution of invitations across the Express Entry system.
